С проаками рано сравнивать, новые АС не прогретые и прослушано на них чуть. По первым впечатлениям, проаки лучше однозначно - они более всеядны, детальнее. Их недостатки - “предсказуемость” и долбаный горб на мидбасе 
У меня слегка заводят комнату на некоторых композициях. Пока ждут смены помещения, а там решим)))
У меня тоже немного “въелось”, аккуратно убрал пылесосом с очень мягкой насадкой(щетка). Главное никакой химии…

Yes AP2 & AP3 are the same apart from cabinet size. The veneered cabinets for both models were made in HM Prisons Channings Wood & sometimes Dartmoor. The drivers used on very early pairs were made by SEAS but soon changed to very similar units from Vifa. I still supply a good number of new production M21 WG 09 08 which are still made at Vifa’s factory by Scanspeak. Incidentally the driver complement is the same as those used in the Snell K’s although the crossover circuit is quite different. Heybrook’s HB1 used the same bass driver but a different, larger domed Vifa tweeter & again a different crossover.
Earlier AP2 and AP3 carried 6 terminals on the rear, one pair for full range use and another 2 pairs allowing for direct connection to the drivers facilitating the use of one of the various standalone active crossovers that could be bought quite easily in the late 70’s and early 80’s. Later, the speakers carried just two pairs of terminals and an internal split crossover allowing for more conventional bi amping.
There’s some benefit to be had in replacing the 4.7uF electrolytic caps feeding the tweeters to some better polypropylene film caps of the same value. If you try this be mindful of the fine wired inductor attached to one end of the capacitor. Be sure to attach that to the new capacitor.
Used on substantial stands that put the tweeters at ear height when the listener is seated, they can give very satisying results and present an easy load for valve amps. Given the lowish prices they generally fetch, they can offer very good value even if the bass drivers need refoaming or replacement.
Можно поискать Behringer B2031A на авито есть за 20 тыс., думаю можно поторговаться. Я уж молчу о том, что они активные. Слушал их много раз у друга, как по мне обычному здоровому человеку для прослушивания музыки большего и не нужно.

Audio Note AN-K ставят на тяжелые.
